note Brad's undying support, despite the multiple near deaths we encountered trying to ride that silly tandem.. had Brad of course been 5'3 on the softride rear end of that burley tandem we may have had a chance of keeping it inline.. after the front tyre went flat and he got off to walk, it turned out that riding with a flat front was equivalent to riding with a too tall sack of potatoes swinging too and fro on the back of the softride
